1. When You Can Return or Exchange
You may request a return or exchange if:
- Defective or Broken: The part arrived damaged or doesn’t work out of the box.
- Wrong Item Sent: You receive a product you didn’t order.
- Missing Accessories: Essential parts or accessories are missing from your order.
- Original condition: The item must be unused, with all original parts, accessories, and packaging intact.
🔔 Not eligible: Change of mind, used items, or consumables (e.g. batteries once powered).
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Email us at info@blue-starling-556278.hostingersite.com within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
- We’ll reply within as soon as in 1 business day with an approval and next steps.
3. Sending the Item Back
- Pack it safely in the original or any sturdy box to prevent further damage.
- Ship within 3 days of our approval email.
- Keep the tracking number until the replacement is delivered.
4. What You’ll Get
- Free Replacement: We’ll send you the correct or working item at no extra cost as soon as we receive your return.
- Store Credit: If you prefer, we can issue store credit equal to the returned item’s value—usable on any future order.
5. Shipping Costs
- Our Fault (Defect/Wrong Item): We cover all return shipping and send your replacement free of charge.
- Other Approved Exchanges: We’ll let you know if any return shipping costs apply.
